Checking current Stock availability model wise and visibility if stock is being displayed.

Check MI Zone is maintained for MI products and ensure that prime and visible area of store is given for MI products.
MI Buddies daily sales, training, hygiene, product and competition knowledge.
Monitoring usage of web link & F-360 App by dealers/partners.

Job Description / Responsibility

Tracking TSMs/CMOs/MEs performance and their PJP Adherence.
Coordinating with TSMs daily regarding sales to reach weekly, monthly targets.

Title: Business Operations Manager (Accessories)
Job Description / Responsibility
Responsible for Accessories Business Sales (Protection Pro/ Anker / Sound Core Brands) in assigned territory (a state or a part of any state).
Responsible to run a territory as an independent profit center.
Responsible for appointment of distributors/ DTR Partners in the territory, maintain maximum and most effective width and depth of market.
Responsible for appointment of BOEs in the territory to assist to reach your target.
Organize training sessions in line with Corporate Trainer.
Organize partner engagement activities in the territory.
Organize customer feedbacks register (data), check and address complaints, ensure customer satisfaction and ensure ageing follow up.
Study the local market trend, reports, analysis and cross function with National Head.
Control the partner and installation expert attrition.
Monitoring the price sanity in market.
Ensure no territory breach is represented to/from the territory.
Ensure minimum inventory at each counter and/or at distributor's point.
Ensure payment hygiene across the partners in the territory.
Ensure no abuse of any marketing material, consumables, freebies, machines, expertise, designs, login credentials etc.
Drive the territory within the structured incentive limit.

Title: Circle Marketing Officer
Job Description / Responsibility
Promote MI Brand Phones, Smart Phones, Feature phones and Accessories business.
Check the Store Header Board / Cladding / Branding during store visits. If any issues are there (like water leakage, lights not working, cladding damages, no branding in the store), discuss the same with dealer/partner to complete the issues / works by the partner.
Daily login attendance before 11am and after 7pm with GPS Location using the Day track Application.
Conducting team meetings/Con-call with Marketing Executives, TSMs, ASMs and Marketing Manager.
Checking shop Branding is well maintained and updating latest branding is done as per guidelines.
Monitoring the branding works daily for new MI stores by coordinating with MM.
Check the current POSM Material is properly deployed.
Need to replace with the current branding in case of any old branding need to replace.
Coordinate with the vendor for billing once the branding is finished in the store.
Need to coordinate with vendor and ensure rectification in case of maintenance issue.
Once the rectification of issue is completed need to inform the concerned TSM/ ASM/ MM & AMM.
Check if Dedicated zone is maintained for MI Products or not.
Ensure that prime and visible area of store is given for MI Products.
